The house itself is a traditional style, well-maintained and presented to a high standard. It has a good-sized garden offering privacy and space. The interior is bright, spacious and well-presented. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The property is within reasonable distance of Falmer train station, providing convenient access to Brighton and other locations. Several schools are also within a reasonable distance, making it a good location for families. The asking price is above the average for the area, but given the size, condition and location, it may represent good value for money.
