This property is a charming one bedroom cottage located in Conwy, Wales. The location is excellent, situated near Conwy Castle and with easy access to the Conwy Quay. The property has recently undergone a renovation, and is presented in excellent condition. The cottage is small, with only 48 sqft of living space. However, it benefits from a modern and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a small outdoor space. Given the location, condition and size, the list price is reasonable.
