Princes Risborough is a popular commuter town located in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire. The property is a semi-detached house situated on Goodearl Place. Based on the images provided, the property appears to be in excellent condition, recently built, or very well maintained. It benefits from a modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and has a good-sized garden. The property is within reasonable proximity to Princes Risborough train station, providing convenient access to London Marylebone. There are also several schools in the vicinity, although their Ofsted ratings are not consistently high.
