This property is a charming detached house located in the countryside near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire. It benefits from a large plot of land with various outbuildings, including stables and a large workshop. The house itself is in good condition and has been recently updated in places, combining traditional features with modern amenities. The location is peaceful and rural, with the nearest train station a few kilometers away. While there are schools nearby, they are a considerable distance from the property. The asking price is significantly higher than the average for the area, but this is likely due to the substantial land and outbuildings included in the sale.
