This property is a modern one bedroom apartment in the Beacon Point development in Greenwich, South East London. The apartment is well presented and benefits from a private balcony. The development is modern with secure entry and communal gardens. The location is excellent, being close to Greenwich town centre, with its many shops, restaurants and attractions, as well as excellent transport links including the DLR and mainline rail. There are also a number of good schools nearby. The price is slightly below the average for the area, but considering the size and lack of outdoor space, it is a reasonable price.
