The flat benefits from a convenient location close to the town centre, local amenities, beaches, train station and highly rated schools. However, a key drawback is the absence of any private outdoor space; the flat has no garden or dedicated patio area. Whilst the images showcase a bright, well-kept interior in a sought-after location, the lack of land and relatively modest size at 636 sqft might be a concern for some buyers. A thorough survey would be needed to ascertain the complete state of repair. The price seems reasonable, given the location and condition, and is possibly slightly below average for the area, taking into account the lack of external space.
