Situated within a converted Victorian building, refurbished and extended by local developers Ridgepoint Homes in 2020 is this modern, two-bedroom first-floor apartment, which is also being offered chain free.

This property is a 2 bedroom apartment located on Amersham Road in High Wycombe. The apartment is modern and well-presented, with a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. It benefits from a private balcony overlooking a communal garden. The location is excellent, within easy reach of High Wycombe town centre and its amenities, as well as mainline train station providing links to London Marylebone. There are also several highly-rated schools nearby. While the apartment itself is in excellent condition, the lack of plot size may be a drawback for some buyers. The price seems reasonable in comparison to other similar properties in the area, although it is slightly below the average price per square foot.
