This property is a modern, well-presented lodge situated in Roydon Marina Village. The lodge is in excellent condition and benefits from a spacious layout, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and a private decked area. The location is attractive, being situated on a marina with views of the water. However, the property is significantly smaller than the average property in the area, and the plot size is also relatively small. The price per square foot is higher than the average for the area, but the overall price is lower than the average house price. Given the condition and location, the price may be considered reasonable for a lodge of this type, but buyers should be aware of the smaller size compared to typical houses in the area.
