The location is reasonably convenient with nearby schools (although Ofsted ratings vary), and train stations providing links to other areas. The area is a mix of housing types, with some properties considerably more expensive than others. The property itself appears to be newly built, in excellent condition, and includes a garage. However, the plot size is small. While the list price is above the average for the area, it is comparable to similar recently built properties in the immediate vicinity. The lack of plot size may detract from the overall value, but the new build status and inclusion of a garage are positive factors.
