The location is reasonably convenient with nearby schools (although Ofsted ratings vary), and train stations providing links to other areas. The area is a mix of housing types, with some properties considerably more expensive than others. The property itself appears to be newly built, in excellent condition, and includes a garage. However, the plot size is small. While the list price is above the average for the area, it is comparable to similar recently built properties in the immediate vicinity.
