The apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard and benefits from a modern, open plan kitchen/living area. There is also a private patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. The apartment is located within walking distance of the city centre, with its many shops, restaurants and amenities. There are also a number of good schools nearby. Transport links are excellent, with Chichester railway station just a short walk away.
