The property benefits from being close to excellent transport links, including Putney train station, and a number of highly-rated primary schools. The apartment itself is of a good size for a one-bedroom property at 522 sqft and appears to be well maintained, although it could benefit from some modernisation. The list price of £400,000 seems reasonable given the current market conditions in the area and comparable properties. The lack of outdoor space is a potential drawback, however this is common for apartments in this location.
