This property is a one bedroom apartment located in Chelsea, London. Based on the images provided the property is presented in excellent condition and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The apartment benefits from built in storage and modern fixtures and fittings. The location is excellent, being in the heart of Chelsea, close to shops, restaurants and transport links. There is no mention of outdoor space. The list price seems reasonable given the location, condition and size of the property, although further analysis of recent comparable sales data would be required to confirm this.
