You will be required to pay a Holding Deposit of £100 if you wish to be considered for a tenancy. <br /> <br />Once received, we will set the property to Let Agreed and not show anyone else around whilst we are considering your application. We will have 15 days to take references and commence the tenancy, although this can be extended by mutual, written agreement. <br /> <br />The Holding Deposit is refundable in full unless you fail a Right to Rent check, regardless of when the deposit was accepted, you provide false or misleading information to the landlord or letting agent, you notify the landlord or letting agent before the deadline for agreement that you have decided not to enter into a tenancy agreement, or you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement within the 15 day period. In these circumstances, the deposit will be forfeit. <br /> <br />On signing a tenancy, you need to pay the first month's rent and deposit in cleared funds on the day of signing (i.e. cash, banker's draft or via bank transfer, as long as the transfer is a guaranteed payment that cannot be cancelled).
