The location is excellent, being in close proximity to Deansgate train station and several other transport links. The area also has a number of schools and amenities within walking distance. However, the property has a very small plot size, essentially no outdoor space. Compared to the average price per square foot in the area, the list price seems reasonable, although slightly below average. This may be due to the lack of outdoor space.
