Transport links are available nearby at Whitstable station, approximately 2.36km away. There are several schools within a reasonable distance, including Swalecliffe Community Primary School (rated Good by Ofsted) which is 0.75km away. The hut itself appears to be in good condition and well-maintained. It is small but has a well-equipped kitchenette and sleeping area. There is a decked area outside with sea views. The price of £55,000 seems surprisingly low compared to the average house price in the area of £597,609, however, this is for a beach hut and not a house. Therefore, it is difficult to compare directly. More information on the size of the property and land would be needed to properly assess the value.
