Transport links are also good, with several train stations within a reasonable commute. The property itself is in excellent condition and has been recently renovated to a high standard. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living area with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio and garden. There is also a detached garage and a hot tub. The plot size is 1,866.68 sqft. Given the size, location, condition and amenities, the asking price of £550,000 seems reasonable, although slightly higher than the average price for the area.
