The location benefits from being relatively close to a number of primary schools which are all rated as either good or requires improvement by Ofsted. There are also a number of train stations within a reasonable distance. The property itself is presented in excellent condition, and appears to be finished to a high standard. The lack of plot size is a significant drawback, however given the location and condition, the price of £525,000 seems reasonable when compared to other similar properties in the area.
