The property has been recently renovated and benefits from a modern interior whilst retaining some original features. The exposed stonework and wooden beams add character. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The property benefits from a small garden area.
The location is a rural setting, offering peace and quiet, but it is also relatively close to the town of Ulverston and has good transport links to Dalton and Barrow-in-Furness via train. Several primary schools with good Ofsted ratings are within a reasonable distance.
