A great opportunity to purchase this beautiful beach hut situated in an enviable position on the sandy "blue flag" Avon beach with stunning sea views towards the Isle of Wight and the Needles.

This beach hut is located in Avon Beach, Christchurch, Dorset. The property is a small bungalow, and the images show it to be in excellent condition. It is well-equipped with a small kitchen and has stunning views of the beach. The location is excellent, being right on the beach and close to amenities. However, the lack of bedrooms and bathrooms makes it unsuitable for residential use. The price seems reasonable considering the location and condition, but the lack of living space needs to be considered. Given the unique nature of the property, it is difficult to compare it to other properties in the area. The average house price in the area is significantly higher, but this is due to the different property types.
