The list price is £500,000. The average price in the area is £537,385, and the average price per square foot is £388. Considering the property’s size (2,887 sq ft), its location, and the fact that it needs some renovation, the list price appears to be in line with or slightly below the average price for the area, making it potentially reasonable. However, the lack of information on the condition of comparable properties makes a definitive statement difficult. The relatively small plot size (2,021 sq ft) might slightly influence the pricing, depending on buyer preferences.
