A well proportioned Semi Detached family home, sat on a plot much larger than most of its contemporaries, affording superb versatile outside space - absolutely perfect if you require additional parking levels. An ever popular location, needs to be seen.

The property benefits from being close to several primary schools, including Westcliff Primary Academy (rated good by Ofsted) and St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School (also rated good). Train stations such as Layton and Blackpool North are within a reasonable distance. The property itself appears to be in good condition, having undergone some modernisation, as evidenced by the recently fitted kitchen. The bathroom, however, looks slightly dated and may benefit from an update. There is a garden to the rear, providing some outdoor space.
