The location benefits from being close to several primary schools which are all rated as good by Ofsted. Transport links are also good with several train stations within a reasonable distance. The property itself is in excellent condition, having just been built by Keigar Homes, a regional winner of the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023 and a Yorkshire and Trent Master Builder Awards 2023 winner. The property has a small garden. The list price is above the average price for the area but this is to be expected given the new build status, excellent condition and the fact that it is a larger property than average. Considering the high quality of the build and the desirable location, the property represents good value for money.
