Weekly cleaning to all shared areas and the outside is maintained by a local gardener and window cleaner.<br /><br />The house has a fully equipped kitchen with integrated breakfast bar, leading to an open plan lounge with flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. Washing machine and tumble dryer also provided.<br /><br />All rooms are fully furnished with a comfy bed and contemporary furniture. One room has an en-suite shower room and the house has two spacious shared bathrooms. Outside there is a garden, with decked area, garden furniture, BBQ & secure bike shed.<br /><br />There is off road parking available on a first come, first served basis and plenty of quiet on street parking.<br /><br />Working professionals only, single occupancy.
