The property benefits from being close to Wilmslow train station and several well-regarded schools, including Wilmslow High School (rated “Good” by Ofsted) which is less than half a kilometer away. The area also has a good selection of local amenities. The property itself appears to be in good condition, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. However, some of the carpets look worn and may need replacing. There is a communal garden area, which is a nice addition. The list price is significantly below the average price for the area, however, this could be due to the smaller size of the property compared to the average.
