The apartment benefits from a modern kitchen and bathroom, and the living area is spacious and bright with large windows offering leafy views. The location is excellent, with easy access to Kew Gardens and several transport links including Kew Gardens underground station and several national rail stations. There are also a number of highly-rated schools within close proximity. While the property itself is in excellent condition, the lack of information regarding square footage and plot size makes it difficult to assess the value for money accurately. The list price is slightly above the average price for the area, however, given the property’s condition and location, it may be justified.
