The property is located in Constantine Bay, Cornwall which is a desirable location in the South West of England. The area benefits from beautiful coastal scenery and is within reasonable proximity to the town of Padstow with its selection of shops, restaurants and amenities. There are a number of schools within a reasonable distance, although the Ofsted ratings vary. The average house price in the area is significantly lower than the list price of this property, however, this is a larger property than average.
Based on the photos provided, the property appears to be in excellent condition and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well-equipped.
The property has a good-sized garden, which is a desirable feature in this location.
