Embassy Gardens is a modern development located in Nine Elms, a rapidly developing area of London. The studio apartment itself is modern and well-presented, as shown in the photos. The location benefits from excellent transport links, with several train stations within a reasonable distance, and a number of highly-rated schools nearby. However, the lack of outdoor space is a significant drawback, and the price per square foot is higher than the average for the area, although comparable to other nearby studio apartments. The building offers residents access to a swimming pool, cinema room and gym which are attractive amenities.
