Clifton Upon Dunsmore is a desirable village location in Warwickshire, known for its strong community spirit and excellent primary school, Clifton-Upon-Dunsmore Cofe Primary School, which is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and is less than a kilometre from the property. The property’s proximity to this school is a significant positive. The village also benefits from its relatively close proximity to Rugby, providing access to more extensive amenities and transport links, including the Avanti West Coast train line.
