The location benefits from being relatively close to several schools, including Cardinal Griffin Catholic College and Littleton Green Community School, both rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Cannock railway station is also within a reasonable distance, providing transport links. The property itself appears to be in excellent condition, being a new build. However, the plot size is very small, which could be a drawback for some buyers.
