This property is a modern one bedroom flat located in the Distillery Tower development in Deptford, South East London. The flat benefits from excellent transport links, being close to several Southeastern train stations and the London Overground. There are also a number of well-regarded schools nearby. The property itself is in excellent condition, with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The large windows offer stunning views of the London skyline. The lack of outdoor space is a notable drawback, however. The price is slightly below the average for the area, which makes it relatively good value for money, considering its condition and location.
