This property is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house located on Kingsway, Royston. The property is in need of significant modernisation and updating. The current condition of the property and garden is poor. The asking price is significantly higher than the average price for properties in the area. The location is convenient for Royston town centre and the train station, however, the property itself is in need of substantial work and the garden is overgrown and unkempt.
