The flat itself is in excellent condition and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The location is superb, with easy access to Edinburgh’s many amenities and transport links. While the property does not have a garden, the lack of outdoor space is offset by its prime location and luxurious interior. The list price is slightly above the average price per square foot for the area, but considering the condition, location and the high standard of the renovation, it represents good value for money.
