The property benefits from being close to several primary schools which are all rated as good by Ofsted. Transport links are also good with Dagenham Dock station approximately 1.9km away. The property itself is in reasonable condition, although some modernisation may be desirable. There is a garden to the rear which is a good size for the property type. The list price of £375,000 is slightly above the average price for the area of £320,739, however, given the size of the property (1041 sqft) and the plot size (1202 sqft), and the fact that other properties on the same road have sold for higher amounts, the price seems reasonable.
