It has a modern design with herringbone wooden flooring throughout and a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. The location is excellent, with several transport links nearby including Farringdon, City Thameslink, King’s Cross, Blackfriars and St Pancras stations. There are also several highly-rated schools within a short distance. The property itself is not large with only 667 sqft, but it is well-designed and makes the most of the available space.
