Situated in St Georges Mill, the Cultural Quarter of Leicester City centre & within walking distance to shopping & leisure facilities, train station & the Curve Theatre is this first floor flat. Internal accommodation briefly comprises; entrance porch & hall, lounge/kitchen, one bedroom & bathroom.
