No pets. <br /> <br />Available unfurnished. <br /> <br />Council Tax Band 'B'- £1,516.46 per annum <br /> <br />An application to rent a property from Pococks is subject to a reference and credit check and Landlord's approval. <br /> <br />When you have found a suitable property and we have agreed to rent to you we will require a holding deposit equating to one weeks rent and when received we will stop marketing the property. Payment can be made either in cash or by using a debit card. Reference form/s will be provided and these need to be completed and returned to us within 3 days. As soon as we have received them we will arrange for our referencing Company Rent4Sure to provide us with a credit report; this takes up to 5 days. If you do not pass our referencing procedure and we are therefore not able to rent to you we will refund you the holding deposit as soon as practical. <br /> <br /> <br />If during the referencing procedure you decide for whatever reason that you do not wish to rent the property or if the referencing company advises us of adverse credit that you have not brought to our attention we will not refund any payments made.
