The location benefits from being within proximity to several good primary schools (St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, Cornerstone Cofe (VA) Primary School, St John The Baptist Church of England Primary School and Whiteley Primary School) and is also relatively close to several train stations (Swanwick, Botley, Bursledon, Fareham and Hamble). The property itself is a modern build and appears to be in excellent condition, though the images show that it is not yet fully completed. The plot size is small, however there is a small garden to the rear. While the list price is above the average price for the area, the property is larger than the average property size in the area and is a new build which would command a higher price. Therefore the price seems reasonable.
