London City Island is a new development, and as such, the property is in excellent condition. The photos show a modern, well-maintained apartment with high-quality fixtures and fittings. There is also a balcony, which is a desirable feature.
The location score is high due to the property’s proximity to Canary Wharf, excellent transport links (West Ham Underground station is relatively close), and the amenities available on London City Island itself, including shops and restaurants. The Island also benefits from having a number of schools within a reasonable distance.
While the plot size is relatively small for a property of this type, the apartment itself has a good size. This is a factor in the overall score.
