This property is a beautifully presented two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Shrewsbury. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and benefits from a private courtyard garden. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Shrewsbury town centre and its many amenities. The apartment is well-proportioned and benefits from high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The list price is slightly above the average price per square foot for the area, but given the quality of the renovation and the desirable location, it represents good value for money.
