Located in the centre of Godmanchester, is this 2 bedroom top floor condo. Noteworthy features include a Balcony, an En-suite to master and a right to moor with a boat mooring spot on the River Ouse located at the end of the rear gardens.

Godmanchester is a pleasant town with access to shops, schools (including the well-regarded Godmanchester Community Academy), and a train station providing a commute to Huntingdon. The close proximity of Godmanchester Community Academy with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating is a major advantage for families. The transport links via Huntingdon station are also a positive factor.
